This policy explains what personal data we collect on futture.ai, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to comply with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

What we collect
We collect two kinds of data, and they are very different from each other.
Data you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed: name, corporate e-mail, company, role, telephone when provided, and any message you write. Filling in a form is always your choice.
Data collected automatically. While you browse, our measurement tools record pages visited, time on page, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser, the source that brought you here and interactions such as scrolling and form submission. This data is pseudonymised and used in aggregate.
Why we collect it
Every use below has a legal basis under article 7 of the LGPD.
To answer you and to run a commercial relationship: when you request a demo or contact us, we use your data to reply, qualify the request and follow up. Basis: your request and the steps preliminary to a contract.
To understand and improve the site: which content is read, which pages fail, where visitors give up. Basis: legitimate interest, with data used in aggregate.
To measure advertising: to know which campaigns bring people who are actually interested. Basis: consent, given through the cookie banner.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that affect you.

Who we share data with
We share data with the providers listed above, strictly so that they can perform the service described. We also share it when required by law or by a judicial or administrative authority.
International transfer. These providers process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. The transfer happens under the contractual safeguards each provider offers, as allowed by articles 33 and 34 of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
Contact data stays in our CRM while the commercial relationship is alive and for as long as a legal basis exists — to answer you, to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a right in a proceeding. Navigation data follows the retention window of each tool listed above.
When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it, except for what a legal obligation requires us to keep.
Your rights
Article 18 of the LGPD gives you the right to ask us, at any time, to confirm that we process your data and to access it; to correct data that is incomplete or out of date; to anonymise, block or delete data that is excessive or processed outside the law; to receive your data in a portable format; to delete data processed on the basis of consent; to know who we shared it with; and to withdraw consent.
Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully, and it does not stop us from answering a request you made.
How to exercise them
Use the contact page and say what you want. We answer within the period set by the LGPD. We may ask for information that confirms your identity before acting on a request — that protection exists for you.
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser, and opt out of Google Analytics measurement using the add-on Google provides.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the data you submit travels encrypted. Access to the CRM is restricted to people who need it to do their work. We are a cyber security company, and we hold our own house to the standard we recommend to clients — which also means being honest that no control eliminates risk entirely.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Changes that materially affect how we process your data are announced on this page before they take effect.
